Terms and conditions

Deze Algemene voorwaarden zijn bedoeld als voorbeeld. Je kunt het aanpassen zodat het aansluit bij je eigen voorwaarden.

1. Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements concluded via this webshop. By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions.

2. Offers
All offers are non-binding and subject to change at any time. Prices are stated in euros and include VAT, unless explicitly indicated otherwise. The webshop cannot be held liable for any typographical or clerical errors in prices or other information.

3. Orders and Payments
Upon placing an order, the customer will receive a confirmation by email. Payment must be made in accordance with the payment methods indicated on the webshop. The webshop reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of non-payment or incorrect information provided by the customer.

4. Delivery
Delivery times depend on product availability and will be indicated as accurately as possible. Delays in delivery do not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation of the agreement, unless the delay exceeds 30 days and the customer has provided written notice of default.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt of the products, without providing any reason. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. The costs of return shipment shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Liability
The webshop shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of products or services purchased, unless caused by intent or gross negligence on the part of the webshop. Liability is in all cases limited to the amount of the purchase price of the product concerned.

7. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data provided by the customer will be treated confidentially and processed in accordance with applicable privacy legislation. Such data will not be shared with third parties, except where necessary for the performance of the agreement or where legally required.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All offers, orders, and agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Any disputes arising shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

9. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
The webshop reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most recent version will be published on the webshop’s website and shall apply to all new orders from the date of publication.
